Online checkin question

hi veteran cruisers. Trying to do online checkin but it doesn't seem to be working. We are silver and 90 days out I should be able to check in now right 9:15 PST. The page just refreshes whenever I hit the online checkin button. Does mean the server is busy? Am I too early? I have never seen this before. Advice? I have logged in and out several times.

Make sure you are using chrome for a browser. Dcl site especially bad with safari.
