Online Check-in

I am trying to use online check-in for the first time. I get all the way through, but when I get to the box that says you may add requests, I am having a problem. I click on it and it says you may add two and there are buttons that say submit and cancel, but there is no place to add anything? Is there supposed to be a list of choices or a box to type in? Not sure what is missing.

There may be a few checkboxes for requests, but not a place for free form text. Not all DVC resorts have requests available during the online checkin process. For DVC reservations, you should call MS and have the requests noted on the reservation.

Thanks for the quick response. I did ask to be near the pool when I made the reservation (Kidani), but I figured if I could note it again I would. Maybe it is just my computer not letting anything come up, it tends to have a mind of its own!

It is not your computer. That on-line check-in system was created for Disney in general and DVC was added to that already existing system. Until recently the request box did not work for any DVC reservations. It now works for some SSR requests and possibly another resort but still not for AKL. You should make requests through MS, which will result in your request actually being considered.

I did online check in for BLT, BCV and OKW it only brought up how high up I wanted to be for BLT.
