Online check in?????

Online checkin was a mess for me in March at Kidani and BCV. We are back and used online checkin at POFQ before our cruise and yesterday morning at BLT. Our room was ready at about 9am yesterday and I got a great studio- 7806. Both checkins on this trip went very smoothly. The Contemporary did a MUCH better job this time than in December when the greeter insisted we get in line with all the other guests rather than use the line for those who did the online check in. This time he sent us to the correct line and all was well.

Update: Contemporary screwed up my checkin afterall. They didn't list me as express check out so this morning, I have to bill copy hanging on my door. I called and asked about it. I have to go to concierge to have them print out a copy for me if I want it.
