Online check in request no working.

Hi all. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Next week is our 1st DVC visit and our 1st time using online check in. Today is the 1st day we can start to do online check in. I went to the page and where it says requests I cannot add anything. The box comes up with a note in it that says only 2 requests and they cannot gaurantee the request, but I cannot type in the box or make it empty. I know the requests are not a given we'll get them, but I'd like to add them.

Has anyone had this problem, or am I missing something very easy ? TIA

I had the same problem a few days ago. On my list of things to do today is to call Member services, and see if they will take my request for a room not too far from the elevator I know my limits.

The requests portion of on-line check-in is for CRO guests only. Requests for DVC reservations need to be made noted on the reservation by MS.

Huh I did not realize that. I thought we were able to make requests online. No biggie I shall call member services lol. Thanks for the heads up .

I called Member Services and made my requests. I was thankful to have gotten a very nice woman on the phone who had no problem helping me. Thanks everyone for the heads up!!
