HELP!!!!!
It was there...and then it was gone! And then it gave me an error message.
Here's what happened...
I was trying to find the 12 digit 44- or 43- reservation number for Be Our Guest lunch FP. I am managing 4 reservations. One DVC that has been no problem and 3 POR. I clicked online check in for one of the reservations on the MDE reservations page to find the number I needed. I clicked NOTHING on the page while I was there!!! I wrote down the number and then backed up with the intention of finding the number for the other two the same way.
When I returned to the reservations page of MDE, online check in was gone from all three reservations. I have come back several times in the 4 days since with no luck. The option now shows up again on the two I didn't touch (still nothing on the one I clicked on originally), but I am now given an error message that says there are no reservations eligible for online check in.
While I manage all of the accounts in MDE (none of them are remotely interesting in figuring out all of he details), the reservations were all made completely separately by people in different cities. Our DVC res at SSR all works just fine.
Any idea how I can get this option back/fixed? If I call reservations, will they be able to help me out even though it is not my personal reservation? I have the alphanumeric confirmation numbers that show up in MDE.
And...why in the world are there multiple options for a reservation number to begin with?!
