Online Check in ?-Aulani

I just tried to do online check in at Aulani. All went well, until I tried to do the portion about room requests. When I clicked it, it generated a dark screen and nothing could be put in. Are we NOT allowed to put in a request at all? I know it's only a request, but like everyone else I wanted to request an Ocean View. Is this something I can do over the phone with member services?

When I've checked in online for our stays at Aulani, I don't believe I was ever able to input requests any of the 3 stays we have had. But as far as ocean view, that is a specific category you have to book and use points to get. Yes, I know there are some rooms that have a "peekaboo" view, so perhaps that is what you were wanting to ask?

Jtkboston's email to MS idea is a good one. When I booked my rez's via MS I had them add my requests for location and had them recap it for me to make certain it was as I wanted.

Thanks! We booked Ocean View, I just wanted to put in a request for a high floor. Keeping fingers crossed it works!

You are going to love both Aulani and your ocean view villa, Gwensgoofy! Aulani is just amazing! Thinking about going back for Trip #4 in a year! Yay!
