Online Check In - Anyone else with problems?

Hi.

I have tried IE, FF, Chrome and my iPhone the last few hours to check in for our September 4 stay at GFVs, and keep getting an error message.

Has anyone else tried to check in online today and been unsuccessful too?

I just tried on my iPad and cannot check in. I use the computer every day at work, and have no idea how to clear cache and cookies. Ill google it tomorrow at work and do it but I wonder if there is an actual problem since I couldnt do on my iPad either. What a pain!

I had a problem last year, it turned out to be the CC on file had the wrong expiration date. Once that was fixed I was able to check in.
 

DVC computer programs are usually terrible. Seems like Disney could hire some college interns to write a better program.

Yes, I agree. Wonder if it is from when all the Disney IT people were let go and had to "train" the new people. I wouldn't have done a fabulous job of training someone that was taking my job either if I was let go and then had to train the new person.
 
Just tried again. Still getting Goofy on my work computer and ipad. gggrrrr
Says online check in service is currently not available when I do on my phone.

googling how to clear Cache and Cookies now.

I cleaned out Cache and Cookies still an error.
Just bad.

Trying to call DVC line and getting busy signal.
 
Just an update:
Had to call MS and have them fix whatever was wrong in the reservation? They had to take off line and put back online.
All done. Now I will go to TP and request my area.
 
I’m having issues with the online check in. After chatting with a CM on MDE I was told to delete and re-download the app. Hoping that helps.
