online check-in adding room requests

Has anyone had luck adding room requests via the online check-in? I know requests are not required but there is a box for "room requests". When I click on the box, nothing happens. Not sure if this is the norm or if the site is having a bad day.

It is, so far, the norm. When I used the system in June there were only 2 check boxes...one for first floor, and another to request a refrigerator. They haven't customized the request area for DVC.

Thank you, for the moment it is showing a box asking if there are any requests but is not showing the 2 check boxes. Oh well, I will check in online and then send an email. I only have one request so it is no big deal.

You should add your requests to your reservation by calling MS prior to doing the on line check in. Bill
