Online Airline Check In

My upcoming trip will be the first time that I've booked air as part of Walt Disney Travel Co package. I'm used to checking in online when it comes to air travel. Will I be able to do that this time as well? It seems that whichever airline I've flown, checking in online involves a confirmation number, which this time I only have the 'Disney' confirmation number, not the airline-specific.

Disney should be able to provide you with the confirmation number for your airline.
