ugh... The phone number that my TA gave me is not working so I cannot do the 90+10... Looks like I will have to call in and hour...

Okay, I tried retrieving one of the reservations linked to the other phone # I used to do the online reservations by using my confirmation # and the other phone #, but it just came up with the message confirmation # required. Now I can't see any of the new reservations at all. They're still there right?

in the fine print up top before you select a time, there's a link that says something to the effect like 'link to an existing reservation'

I really hope that the +10 thing takes affect by the 20th. It would make everything so much easier... it's very calming that I can go on here, play around and find Crystal Palace, CRT, Donald's Safari at 90 days exactly for 8:05AM and CM's for 7:00AM for 2 people.

I remember reading about how if you stay onsite, the TAs were originally allowed to just book 100 days out as long as the ADR date was within the room reservation time. Perhaps that is why there is a delay on 90+10 rule in online booking because they haven't worked the kinks out.

or is too early? How do you pull up your ressies that you made via the phone. I save 1 ADR to play with the online ressies. I only briefly looked at the site this morning and knew all of you would know the answer!!

OK so our 90 day mark was on Monday and we called and were able to get everything we wanted except LeCellier. Later that day, I read on the boards that sometimes when you call exactly 90 days from the day you want a particular restaurant, you can get it because they hold some tables. Then yesterday, I learned that online ADR's were up and running! So, I just got into work at 6 am, went directly to the website, and success!!! I got LeCellier for 9/15 at 6:25 pm (only 25 minutes off the time I wanted). So this is really exciting! The only problem, I can only retrieve that reservation! When I try to retrieve all the old reservations that I made on the phone on Monday they are not there (no matter what phone number I use).

no spaces

You might be running into the same problem I was having. I had to try other phone #'s to find my old reservation #'s. The confirmation # was fine with no spaces, but my phone # was linked to my home phone #. I typed my home # like this and it worked: 000-000-0000

Now I'm having to go back on the page I pulled up my old phone res. on and retype all my new online res. with the cell # to get both sets of reservations to show up on the same page. I hope this makes sense.

I'm Susan by the way. My husband set up the account, but we both use it.

Well heres the deal, got everything except le cellier,all full. We are a party of 8.
And i have to call in for fantasmic package.
90+10 worked great

so all is good, i like it

My 90 day mark is tomorrow, and so just now, before I searched for a "test" ADR to make, I pulled up my reservation to associate it with the ADR (which I could and I did... cancelled it right away, though.) So I'll be able to report tomorrow if the 90 + 10 is working. I'll be right here in 23 hours.

Have you actually tried your res on the dining page? I've also been unable to pull up my hotel reservation online but when I checked out the dining reservations today I put my package confirmation number in and it was able to retrieve my res. Still can't pull it up through my reservations page though.

see, it's the other way around for me: can bring up room ressie conf number online in the general site, but on the adr site they keep saying
"The reservation(s) you were trying to retrieve cannot be found. Please check that the information you provided is correct."
I've taken it from the general site and from the paper reservation.
Arrgh.
oh well, another few mins and I can join the phone queue.

Well, I've been surfing around just seeing what's available. I'm cautiously optomistic that everything I want is available at the general public 90 day mark. Although I'm surprised CRT was available at 8:10 for breakfast (highly desirable) but couldn't do lunch til 2. ??????? I'm sure I'll do much better at my 90 + 10.

My guess is that once people start figuring out online is up and running we'll have a LOT more competition for the just released 90 day spots at 6 AM Eastern..... There are still people tapping their fingers out there waiting for 6:55 to make their calls!

Anyone get 90 + 10 to come up? Or are we destined to still call in????

I can't get my old reservations to come up either...

HOWEVER...

I went to My Vacation and put in my CRT ressie confirmation # instead of my resort confirmation, and it did bring up my resort information. I thought that was interesting -- I suppose it shows that I do still have the ADR.

I managed to book Narcoosee's online last night for Sunday. I like that it will give you alternatives to your first choice, but I wish you could search for any open spots on that date instead of having to keep going back and changing the time.

I could not pull up any ADRs for August, yet I could for my July trip. I called the dining number and gave them one of the ADRs for August and asked what phone number was associated with that reservation and she said there was NO phone number associated with it. So unless the CM tied your ADRs to a phone number, you won't be able to pull up the old ones. I had no problem checking my July ADRs though with my home number.

I got through at 7:00.10,lol and they are having computer problems with fantasmic package, on hold waiting for them to try and fix it, hope they can get it. My last ressie and its only 7:12

All of my dining reservations for July were on there. I was able to find them by putting in each ADR confirmation # plus my phone number. I don't even have my resrot reservation number, as I booked through a TA. I'm glad I was still able to do this online without that information.

ALSO, I called a few times trying to change my Rose and Crown ADR from 7:05 (latest I could get) to 7:30 or later, just for the slight change that we'd get outdoor seating for Illuminations. I was unsuccessful each time I called but when I tried yesterday online, I was able to get it!!! I love being able to play around without having to be bothered calling and going through a CM that may or may not be willing to help.
