online adr system down

My 180 marker is here and I've been up for the past hour getting ready to use the online dinner reservation system and guess what? down for maintenance!

At this rate looks like I will be on the phone in 45 mins.

I'm having problems too. It won't let me link my dining plan so I can't make the ADRs for the rest of my trip. I'm going have to call I guess.

Yes & No.
I was never able to get the online system to work. So at 5:58AM CST I started calling and doing & doing the redail as soon as I got the "sorry we are closed". At 6:00AM I finally got into the automatic system and spent about 30 seconds going thru that: Reservations, don't know confirmation # and that got me to an operator.

Got the critical ones I was looking for all within the time frames I wanted + or - 10 mins.

The only one I could not do was Rain Forest Cafe in Downtown for dinner on 9/3. The CM told me that rain forest had not yet opened up reservations for that time frame even though it was my 180th day. The non-disney restaurants sometimes do not take reservations on 180th day.

So I thanked the CM (hey at least I got Cindy's Castle for dinner @ 8PM so we will be in the castle when the fireworks happen as that is our last night there! ) That was the one I was most concerned about.

In any case I hung up after getting all the confirmation #s. I logged into the website at that point and noticed none of my ADRs were linked to my resort # yet. So I try pulling up the Cindy's Castle one and while the confirmation is valid (green check) my phone # is not.

I tried my old cell # and still nothing. Then I remember I needed to do reservations for the Pirate League as well. So I call again and it sure enough they still had a very old cell # for me. Back from early 2011. They updated the system and bingo the ADRs begin to show up on my account.

Only bad news is I was not able to do the pirate league since those are only 180s from the date you want & not from the start of your stay.
CM told me to call again tomorrow since it will be 180 days tomorrow for that. So it's a do over again for tomorrow and again for Friday for the Pirate Adventure as well.

Over all I'm mentally exhausted now. Just need to stay on it with the Rain Forest to get that ADR. But it's a minor one and if we miss it we miss it.
