OneTravel agency question..

Has anyone used this online agency and what was your experience with it. Thanks to these boards I was able to book a 3 bedroom at Cypress Point with only one nights deposit instead of paying the whole thing up front with Hotel Kingdom. But I dont remember reading anything about this specific travel agency although it does look familiar to me.

This is our first time using them too - but my web research has determined thatOneTravel.com is a travel consolidator/aggregator that does a ton of business - appears to have smaller "traffic" than Expedia and Travelocity, but more than HotelKingdom and Inntopia - and more to the point, when I contacted Cypress Pointe to make sure they had my reservation in their system (several days after booking with OneTravel) they did...for the same dates, same rates, etc.

I have used OneTravel.com a couple of times for airline tickets and I have always been pleased. They usually have the best airfares to Paris, which is one of my favorite destinations. I have recommended the agency to friends and intend to use them again.

I have another questions regarding this reservation.....I do have the one night deposit on my credit card but the confirmation I received through email does not state how many bedrooms my reservation is for......

I am wondering if I should be concerned about not having anything in writing when we go to check in...

also...Do you think you could have made specific requests when you called Cypress Point....I am hearing that certain buildings and floors may be better than others (last time we rented a timeshare the people above us were very loud over our heads).

Hi!! Made my reservation and then called CP directly to make sure they had my info (they did)....only thing I am not happy about is that my confirmation email says nothing about the size of the accommodations that I booked (3 bedroom).

Have not stayed yet...not until this summer.

When I go to onetravel and pull up my ressies it says it at the botton of the page that it's 2 bedroom ( hats what I booked). On my email ressie confirmation it does not say # of room. I guess I better call to confirm as well....what phone # should I call?

Mine doesn't say the # of rooms either, but I booked through Walmart. I did save a picture of the screen shot though with my billing information showing it's a 2 bedroom. I used my debit card and noticed they haven't charged me yet. Have you been charged?

I was charged one night pretty quickly after making my reservation....

Sorry, I dont have the phone number I called written down...I think I got it from the Cypress Pointe website as I wanted to talk to them directly and not an agent from OneTravel.

It says in my confim. email that it may take up tp 72 hrs. to be charged.
