One Whole Year!!!!

It's been a year since I really got serious with wish and with the SBD. I am so happy to have found you all and the plan.

I started off at 183 pounds and a size 14 W. On a person as small as I am, that is not a good thing, I'm only 4'11.

I have since lost 57 pounds, now a size 2. I'm off all medications and feel great. I have lost so many inches that some think I'm melting away. I don't care, I love the way I look and feel.

To all of you, thanks for the support especially to my firmies and my SBD friends. It is so great to be able to lose while winning with all of you!!!
