I’ve tried for two days to get through to speak to someone about my upcoming trip in June. Is there a better way to get through to someone who can answer my questions? I’ve waited over and hour and a half to no avail! Help!!

Can you not modify your reservation online? I changed room categories at RPR online and got a new confirmation and they charged the difference in deposit to the card I used originally.

Same here, tried 3 days this week (hold times 45; 76; 87). I have never had this much trouble getting through to give a company my money.

As a Universal travel agent, I can tell you that the call center has been crazy busy this week; they are suggesting that if you can do what you need to do online, you do that.

The app wouldn’t be able to do it, anyway; you really can’t do anything with the resorts in the app. Keep trying online or give them a call early in the day today or tomorrow. You might wait a while, but you should be able to get through.

Online, if I remember correctly you use your reservation number and your name to bring up the reservation.

I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes before I got someone. Had no choice as I was renting a cabana at Volcano Bay.

I'm guessing a whack-ton of people are probably trying now to book last minute spring vacations at the moment and probably taking a long time to try and sort out what resort to stay in seeing as they're mostly booked up by now.

I waited 2 hours and 14 minutes. The representative couldn't have been nicer and apologized repeatedly. He said they are ridiculously busy and are trying to hire more staff.

I waited 2 hr 25 minutes to rent a cabana and then had to call back to about a ticket issues. Was on hold another 1 hr 20 min.

Im on hold for that exact thing. For a day week of April 18. What prices were you quoted?
