One night hotel prior to Vero Beach

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a hotel for a one night stay (saturday) before checking into Vero Beach on Sunday??? I would really like to save on points for that night. It must be clean, but other than that, we are not too picky. Thanks.

We stayed here in April.. was 5 of us and included breakfast buffet, around $139. Very nice

I'd get closer and get a room in Viera or Melbourne. That way you wouldn't have so far to drive on check-in day.

I should probably have mentioned we are coming from the Miami area after our cruise. If we stayed in another town it would be south of Vero. Thanks for the suggestions. Im not sure Viera or Melbourn are but I will def. check them out.

I followed the previous poster's assumption that you were coming from the airport -- so no, Melbourne & Viera wouldn't work, they are north of Vero Beach! I don't really know much south of there except for Stuart, and I don't know any hotels there!

We're fans of the Hampton Inns. Comfortable beds (many have 2 Q's, some even have a SS), wireless internet, and free breakfast. There are a couple south of vero.
