One MDE for Group or Each Their Own?

I am more confused than ever on how to best get a boarding group for RotR. Right now I have all my family on my MDE as my Friends and Family (my DH, Ds, and DD).

I have heard that it is better to have multiple people try to get a boarding group but also that it is better to have everyone under one MDE. If they are all logging in with my account, then they can’t try for a boarding group.

What should I do? We have two days planned for HS.

We did this for our group of 14 this week. Everyone logged in under my account to try for boarding groups. We got boarding group #1. We about cried!! The ride opened several hours late that day, so we were pretty happy to have group #1. Awesome experience!!

We are a group of ten going next month primarily so that my wife's family from New York can experience Galaxy's Edge. I have luckily been successful getting boarding groups (earliest was five - good going with #1!), but that was just for the four of us in which we were all checked off, so I only had to hit "Join" and "Join." I linked my extended family members to my account and my MDE indicates a "Park Pass for 10 Guests." Should the same hold true for our large party wherein everyone is selected and I could follow the same procedure that I successfully used previously? Your input based upon your experience would be greatly appreciated.

As long as everyone is in your list and they all have a park pass for DHS, they will be automatically selected when you try for the BG. Just click the Join buttons as fast as possible, don't stop to read anything or select anything, and you should be good.
