Queenie's on her way state side. Anyone else got plans for the weekend?

I get to cut grass, oh joy. And the boys need hair cuts. We have car show my dad puts on at Mystic Seaport on Sunday if it doesn't rain but that is about it. And swap stuff needs to be done.

The kids are in bed. I think I might watch a little TV. I worked today (at a paying job) (a first in 6 years! Yikes!) I'm beat. Wow, I didn't realize how crazy that sounds until now. Anyway, that's it. Just relaxing.

I don't know what we're doing tomorrow. On Sunday, the kids and I are going to the shore to see my sister and her family. They are visiting for a few days from Maine. That will be fun. Then back to school!

The shore sounds like fun, it will probably be the last hurrah til next summer huh? It's starting to get chilly here at night. Thank god! I'm ready to open windows!

I am working very hard this weekend to finish up the swaps I need to send out on Monday, but this afternoon we are driving down to see my Sister and her new baby girl- who is our godchild. It will be the first time we will get to see her.

Oooo new baby! I love babies. I want more, but know that two is all I can handle. Better to be a decent mom to two than bad mom to many. My Goddaughter lives in NY so I don't get to see often at all. Actually, the Disney trip we took in August was the first time I'd seen my DS family in 5 years. We talk every week, but it's just not the same.

I volunteered myself for more swaps. Yes, I am a swapaholic. Got the paper & ideas just need to get cutting. The boys have gone to my inlaws for the weekend. As soon as I'm done checking these boards, I'm off to cut & glue.

Finishing and mailing CJ today - late but done! Planning the class I teach and hopefully, laying around and reading.

I'm also on call today as I finished up a grant proposal yesterday and was told to be available all weekend in case the processor sees any need for additonal info.

Babies in the family would nice - not mine - but how about some grandkids? I'm not pushing dds, I promise.

Me, I'm running every where with kids' activities.. I have swapping to do when I find some time.. I have errands that need run...and storms coming in!

We were up late last night--I took my pics from the trip, and then put them in order by pages, wrote down what embellishments I wanted to use with them, etc. I'm going to try to really work on that tomorrow--although it very well may turn into 2 albums!!! 2 albums is normal, right???

We met my mom this morning at the mall and helped her find shoes for my brother's wedding next weekend! I'm excited about the wedding, but it is a big one, so I will kinda be glad when it is over! We have had rain, rain, and more rain here today--DH and I got caught in it on our way out of Walmart with the groceries!! There is supposed to be more on its way! Our temperatures have gotten cooler, though! Come on more fall weather! I love it!!

Tonight we are on our way to KAMommy's for dinner. Looking forward to that! In the morning, we may meet my family for breakfast, and then it's scrapping all day hopefully!
