Sunday is an EMH for hotel guests at 7am. We only have one day to visit.

We plan to park the car at 7am, pick up our one-day park hoppers at DCA at 7:30am. Two adults - what's the best strategy to be able to ride RSR? Get fastpasses first or go straight to the Single Rider Line?

We did fast pass and single rider last Sunday. Fast pass was 25 minutes from entering the line to entering the vehicle (plus 20 minutes in line to get the fast passes). We rode 2x in 45 minutes in the single rider line. Both times in single rider my husband and I ended up in the same car, and our kids (10&14) ended up in the same car. We didn't bother getting fast passes Monday and waited 15 minutes in single rider. Monday our kids kids were again in the same car, but my husband and I were in different ones. I don't think we will be waiting for RSR fast passes again, any time soon. :thumbsup2 Both days we were in the single rider line about 2:00 PM

Thanks so much for your reply. So we should just skip the fast pass line and go straight for single rider line?

To save more time, you can buy your tickets online and go right to the turnstiles. Just print out your ticket and the CM at the gate will scan the barcode and give you a paper ticket.

We have found the wait to be shorter using single rider. Since everyone runs to RSR first, it's better to visit the other attractions in Carsland first thing, then return to RSR after the morning rush. (At 2:00 the stand by was about 20 min.) The plan that has worked the best for us has been Luigi's Tires, Mater, pick up a Tower FP, pick up a Screamin FP (not connected), and then over to TSMM, and back to RSR later in the afternoon. Hope that helps. :goodvibes

Hi there, I don't mean to change the subject but what do you mean you got fast passes for tower AND screamin... Not connected?... Which is not connected?

Although I havent tested it personally, I have read several times that the Screamin fastpass is not connected to the system.

Single Rider. DS and I love single rider. You often go in the same car, just front seat/back seat kinda thing or one right after the other.
