One day only! Questions about planning.

Hi all,

My boys and I are only doing one day at Disney this vacation (MK) and am wondering what the best touring plan will be. This is different from us as we've usually done at least four! Other factors that are different:

It will just be the three of us
FP+ (which we've only used on one trip before)
Seven Dwarfs Coaster being factored in to FP and such

We have done rope drop before. What is the scene like at Seven Dwarfs after rope drop?

Also, with Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom- is that something you can do out of order wherever you happen to be or is like the Phineas and Ferb thing in Epcot where you have to follow a specific path of instructions? We've never tried it before.

I should add that my biggest problem is that we have only visited during peak times in the past. The only way that this is a problem is that I'm not sure which attractions will actually not have long lines during this time that might usually...

Planning on Wednesday, January 21st

We are staying at WBC and could go another day, but that's the best day that works with our schedule.
