My mammogram is done. As I walked back in the door, Christian said they had just called from the Sports Med office. Called them back, MRI is set up for tomorrow, follow-up appt Friday (MD is off Wednesday and Thursday). Three phone calls later and I have Friday set up with only 3 MD appts now...but 2 things were put off till next week...thank God for calendars!

Tracy and I are TRYING to get busy finding a good place to stay!
Once we get over that hurdle I know we will both give a huge sigh of relief. I agree, Lisa deserved that paver...it was so great to see it and I LOVED where they placed it. That grasshopper was HUGE, made me think of a plague of locusts. They could have eaten a plant in two bites, I don't blame you for not letting them take over. I would LOVE to live in that times share year round, as David said when we first stayed there, who knew Uncle Tommy had such a fancy place.
I am ready for the Therapy to begin! AND to hear that he was being overly cautious...always have to put a little worry in my mind.

to our PTR! Thank you for sharing such a happy story with us, I love to read good news.
I don't know if you will be around or not but I should be home tonight between 6:30 and 7:45.

It is MUCH better than it used to be. Thank goodness for your friend.Tracy, I am praying for your nephew and his whole family. In 1967, when my daughter was born (weighing 2 lbs 6 oz,) they allowed me 1 phone call to the NICU per day at a specific time--miss it, too bad. I was allowed to look at her through the NICU window twice a week for 15 minutes maximum and allowed 1 visitor besides myself to view her. Things are so much better now!
I would have gone nuts, but a friend from high school was doing her pediatric residency in the NICU and she called me daily to give me more personal and less clinical updates. It was still very difficult.

God Bless you Kathy and THANK YOU for the prayers.Praying that you get the order for the MRI very quickly so Lisa can get going on her rehab.

And here I was thinking it has been quiet around here.Okay, Mrs. Thang, I can't keep up with you and Tracy! Ya'll are getting busy with the updates. I love the pictures with the kids beside the paver. It's so special to know that there's something there to commemorate Lisa's wish trip. You know those grasshoppers? We have them here in Louisiana and the stupid things like to hop on our plants and eat 'em up. Let's just say that they only make that mistake once after I catch them in the act.
The time share looks so pretty and I know that it's a great feeling to know you have a lot of space to move around in.
Praying that the MRI can be ordered and done quickly so that a therapy plan can be put into place.
Tracy, thanks for posting pictures of that sweet little nephew of your's. Continued prayers for him!

hello just thought i'd let you know that in 1979 my sister was born at 25 weeks in the womb, she weighed 1.9 oz and dropped to 1.7 she spent 99 days in NICU and 3 days in the reg nursery and then came home.. at Age 2 she had eye surgury for a lazy eye and today she is a health happy 34 year old woman! sending your family positive thoughts and pixie dust! Michelle

Thanks Krystal.Tracy, what a cutie Emile is.
Judy, praying that the MRI is scheduled quickly and that Lisa gets treatment soon.
