Even though I have already loss 25lbs I am still overweight! And I did not get this way overnight - and so I have decided my weight lose will not be quick either. When I started Atkins in March I thought by now I'd be 50lbs lighter! Right now I am on the "Stay off the scale" challenge - I did slip once but only once! I have decided that if I lose 5lbs/month - which I feel is a reasonable goal then by mid may 2005 I will definately be at GOAL! and there are tons of little goals on the way - exercising - that goal is met - If I don't exercise one day I feel "ICKY" "GROSS" I need to exercise to feel right now
. By our annual holiday trip to WDW(end nov/begin dec), I should be 20lbs lighter than I am right now! I guess what I am saying is that all our little goals really in the long run add up to GREAT BIG changes in our appearance and our health. My general outlook is happier!
We should all be proud of every little achievment we make in our pursuit to a healthy us!
