Once you book-do you keep checking for DISCOUNTS?

However I got the Dolphin for a bit more than I really wanted to pay-for first week in Nov-last week of Food & Wine

Should I keep checking the rates for a discount?

I usually book with a discount, but I will be booking for next summer once the 2015 rates are released. With that said, I will definitely keep a look out for discounts to come out for our dates. If I booked something and really wasn't happy with the rate, I'd look for a discount or rebook somewhere else (but that's just me).

I booked for this Thanksgiving at POFQ with no discount. Yesterday I called to check for a pin and or discount (no such luck) and the CM encouraged me to check weekly for one. One can only hope right!!??

Yep--originally I booked BB and just received a great Orbitz discount (Deluxe 35% BB vs almost 50% with Orbitz!), so I am planning to cancel BB and rebook through Orbitz--about 40 days out! That should be my last change since I don't think I will find a lower rate LOL!
