Onboard Credit Question

We have an upcoming cruise booked through Dreams Unlimited that gives us an onboard credit. We have never had one of these in the past. I was just wondering how those work? When and how do we recieve it? Is it a voucher or just a credit against our onboard account.

It should just be a credit against your on board account. We give ourselves multiple shipboard credits before we leave, so basically all our spa/drinks/excursion and souvenier costs are paid for ahead of time. It is excellent.

Watch for a small note delivered to your stateroom stating a shipboard credit to your account from.........

It is funny when we do it, because it to from us to us..lol.

Its on your staeroom account statement as soon as you start and they did give a voucher /ticket later for the room, the same if you or someone esle sends in a staeroom credit. I do it myself when the dollar/pound rate is good and to cover tips and shore trip costs to make me worry less about overspending on the cruise.
