Onboard Credit at Online Check-In

Hi all. I'm trying to do Online check in and stuck at Onboard Credit. I try to choose payment method and check everything off. However there is a large portion that isn't appearing. It's just a large gray rectangle. Is it related to my other info pending approval? Any help id appreciated.

So I remembered sometimes disney doesn't like phones & that DCL and MDE are different even though they share the same account info. I completed it on my computer

Just select cash. That is what I had to do on one of my cruises. That let me go on and select a port arrival time. You can go back in later and add a credit card.
