onboard Account ?'s

Ok I have a few questions about the onboard account.

If there are 4 people in a room - can all four have different accounts for expenses set up??
On a previous cruise I had only 2 people within my room were allowed to charge...the third in the room didn't set up a credit card so all their charges went to my card...how can I avoid this?

Can you arrange to pay cash for your account? How does this work? Do they require anything up front?

Disney Dollars - when you get there can you apply these to your account? Do you do it before or after charges? Where can I get these Disney Dollars?

You can pay cash at the end of the cruise, You have to pay the night before the cruise is over.

We had two accounts for our family. One for DH & I. Another for DD & DGD. We had no problem with this. I also went to guest services to have them put an excursion for them on my card. No problem

Disney Dollars can be bought at any Disney Store, but.....most stores are currently out of stock as they are being redesigned for the 50th Anniv. of Disneyland. They should be back in stores sometime in May.....you would just purchase as many as you want and then apply them to your onboard account either when you board or any time during the cruise. They cannot be used to directly purchase things onboard.
