Should I book now or hold out for the November discounts, as there are only a handful of Woods View left and Courtyard left, and if no discounts come out I can still swing the price, what do you think? My gut feeling is do it now.

Joyce is absolutely right. Always book your rooms as soon as you know your dates. If a discount comes out in the mean time, you can always get the discount applied to a new reservation.
