On which day in Feb. 2004 does value season end?

In 2003 I think the last day in Feb. for value season was Feb. 12. Mousesavers only lists 2003 dates. Anyone know which day or at least know where I can get the information?

Based on previous year's info, the last day for value season will probably be Wednesday, February 11, 2004.
According to other posts, 2004 rates should be out very soon.
