Just wondering if any one has stayed at Westgate Lakes Towncenter. How was it? Do they have a pool located at that building? The rep I was talking to kept telling me that I would have access to all 11 pools w/in their property? I'm trying to decide if I should book, the cost is 299 for 7 nights which includes 2 tickets to Seaworld. I realize I have to sit through a timeshare which is ok because I'm interested in checking out some timeshares anyways. Would I be better of bookingf with another timeshare? If so which one?

Yes they have a pool at that bldg. I just cme home from a 7 night at the Vacation Villas that I won thru SkyAuction so I didn't have to sit thru a timeshare promo. The place is nice but I wouldn't buy there. The price of $299 is that for a studio or what and how did you find it? My price was a total of $379 for a 2 bedroom, but like I said, it was thru SkyAuction. For the price I paid, I would stay again. The trip to WDW is very easy from there, but SeaWorld is a bit of a hike..... I have heard that there timeshare promo is a very hard sale. The place itself is very spread out. The Tower is away from most of the activities that they offer. The bldging we were in was just behind the Towers & we had a long walk to get to everything. They do offer ashuttle bus from the Towers & Town Center Blgds to all of the main areas in the Villas section, but not for where we were located at. Also I felf since we weren't ownere, they didn't offer everything to us, such as the free breakfast they have Tues-Thurs, the Welcome dinner on Sun night & the party on Fri night. They didn't go into detail about the 'Free" things such as the bikes, fishing, paddle boats, gym etc..... like I said, maybe it was due to the fast that I won & they couldn't force me into a sales promo. They did tell me at check in that "someone" would be by during the week to discuss "inventory" with us, but no one ever did.... hope this helps you.....

Thanks for the info. $299 is for a 1 bedroom unit. I'm told there is a jacuzzi in the bedroom. I was also told about the fishing, boating ect. I believe that I signed up for info for the Orlando area and Westgate contacted me.. I've heard some bad and some good. I guess we'll give it a try. My husband is really good at getting his point across to sales people. I'm not worried about that. I'm so exicted I'd probably take a pup tent in the middle of the highway. This is our 1st trip w/ the kids. Only been there one other time. Take care
