?? on Swan June 21st

My DH and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary while staying at the Swan. We leave next week!! I sent in an online form via their website requesting a room upgrade or CL privileges. Will I receive a response back from the hotel or should I hope it will happen when we check in?? Do I need to contact someone else to try to make this happen? I'd love to surprise my husband (and DS & DD)!!
