On site - parking? not sure where to post

If you are staying onsite and decide to drive to a park to avoid buses does staying onsite get you free parking?

Yes. You just show your parking pass and they wave you through. We have come to prefer driving to the parks to taking the bus.

Yes, if you stay on site, you may park at any of the parks for free. We do this all the time, to us it's so much better than waiting for a bus or having to set on a full bus.

Thank you! WE are staying at Pop for 2 nights before transferring to WLV for 7 days, so I was reading the posts on the buses from Pop and think that maybe driving for those two days will be better! May even do driving to DS and AK from WLV.

Driving from a place like WL is not necessarily a joy. Your car can end up being a long, long way from your room and there is not much shade in that lot. That's one of the reasons I ended up at CSR instead of one of the Lodges.

Hi,

If you are staying onsite you will receive a parking pass to put in your windshield when you checkin to your resort. With this in your windshield you will be waved through to park for free in the lots for the parks.

We always stay at one of the epcot resorts so we walk or take the boat launch to epcot or DS but we almost always drive to MK or AK the only downside to driving to MK is the bus lets you avoid the TTC.
