Just curious, if my family and I were to stay at Universal for 1 night, what day/days would we get free EP?

Is it just for the length of your stay? 1 night = 1 day of EP?

Thanks

For a 1 night stay You get EP for check in day and check out day........

Arrive as early as you’d like, around 6am if need be and although your room may not be ready you can leave any bags with bell services and head off to the parks.

All hotels get the extra hour early entry, only the Royal Pacific, Portofino Bay and Hard Rock get free EP.

What Shumi said, plus on check out day, you have to be out of the room by 11am, but again, bell services can keep luggage and you can do the parks with the EP's until you need to begin heading to the airport, etc.

We have stickies on all the hotels if you need some more info........it has all the basic info and some pictures of them all.

Definitely worth reading through. And while the OP may know this, it doesn't hurt to remind that not all the On-site hotels provide EPs (only 3 of them do, RPR, HRH, PBR).

Just for further advice

We'll be in Orlando 8/14-8/20 and we'll be staying at an area condo. We're planning to spend 3 days at Universal and then do some other things in the area. We were thinking of going to Universal on Tuesday and Wednesday. Undercover tourist lists those days as moderate crowd level (6/10). I was wondering if spending Tuesday night at universal (for about $350) would be worth getting 2 days of free EP's (for our family of 5). Or if moderate crowd levels make EPs not completely necessary.

It will be 3 adults and 2 kids (6 and 7) who do love rides.

Any thoughts are appreciated!! I haven't been to Universal in about 15 years. TIA

There are still a good number of people on vacation then

Crowds slack off end of August and park hours are shorter then

Working the numbers you would come out ahead to book a one night room in order to get the unlimited ep for two days (rpr-pbh-hrh)

You would have an additional $25 fee for the third adult on the reservation

the $25 fee is just for the roll away right? or is that in addition to the rollaway?

There can be 5 in the standard rooms
2 adults and 3 kids age 17 and under

If there are 3 adults (18+) in the room, there is a $25 surcharge + tax per night for an additional adult

Rollaway beds are $25 per night as a separate charge

I have read in a trip report one family was waived the extra bed charge
Not sure why as the poster didn’t elaborate on it
