One of these days I will figure this all out... I already have a two week reservation for October 2002, October is our use year. I just banked our remaining 2001 points via email. Should I contact member services to ask that our banked points be applied first for our 10/02 reservation or will they automatically do that?
Also, if we shorten our 10/02 trip and need to cancel a portion of our reservation, is there anything that I need to know and avoid any penalities with points?
