On line check in problem?

So I went through the whole check in process on line and it won't take the info for my room request. I checked the boxes of my preferences and then I hit 'submit' and a message comes up that it cannot process the request. Anyone else having this issue?

Having the same problem. Just going to call and put in my request tomorrow!

I've never been able to get that to work. Just call it in and if you already have it noted on your ressie, then no need to do it twice.

I had no problems doing my online check-in this morning for Pop Century and room requests. Last year when I did online check-in for POFQ I had that exact same message come up. Hmmm...I wonder if it will do that tomorrow when I do our POFQ check-in?

had this problem trying to check into POR last year - requesting being close to the bus, kept getting that error. so i checked in without that request, and it went through. and ended up nowhere near a bus, lol. i've never had that problem with any other resort though. if it's important, you're probably better off calling anyway.
