On EMH nights at Epcot are the shops in the World open?

I know a few of the world exhibits are open, but what about the shops?

I was just there, but not at Epcot for EMH. I can tell from other posts that the place pretty much shuts down, except for what is specifically listed as being open. Including restaurants, shops, etc.

Camera Center
Canada (cart)
China (Kiosk)
France
Gateway Gifts
Germany
Gift Stop
Imagination!
Internationa Gateway
Italy
Mexico
Mission Space Gift Shop
Mouse Gear
Norway
Test track Gift Shop
United Kingdom
