On a search for a healthier me.

Dancing is the answer :-P

It relieves stress for me. I can go and just let myself...go.

I can hang out with people who are well...nice. I tend to find 2 or 3, maybe 4 or 5 people who I click with, and I hang with them. I can be myself and not worry about what the "Popular Girls" think.
 
I'm frustrated. I may never be able to play high-impact sports again. (Read as my loves, field hockey and soccer.)

That is my way of exercise.

BTW, I dropped to a size 6 today. Part of my is YAY!, and the other is Crap, I have to buy more school clothes.
All of my clothes are 10s-12s. If I wear them they will fall around my ankles. Which they've done.

Im joining.
Im need to get my butt off this computer too.
I love to excercise, call me a freako, but its fun.
My knee's are weak, so I cant do that much.
I love to run, I want to run, but theres an offender down the street.
My parents wont let me run unless I have someone with me.
My sister ALWAYS says she will do it with me.
But she wont get off her lazy butt.
I want to run so bad. :(
Im going back into dance in a few weeks, yay!
I loved it, and its really fun.
Me and my sister want to go back into swimming, too.

Im a magnet.
I cant keep myself from this computer.
I think I need to smash it.

I can't get into organized sports (A: I suck. B: I hate sports. C: I have no way of getting to them) or gyms.
I have an unreliable work schedule, so I can't do weekly classes, I would miss them often. My parents both work during the day, and my mother works until later in the evening, so it's hard for me to get drives places.
And the bus system takes forever.
 
I just came back from food shopping and bought a whole bunch of healthy food.
I got South Beach Diet stuff, chicken seasame wrap is quite yummy!
Trail Mix.
Soup.
& some other things.


Tomorrow morning I'm going to wake up early and maybe walk my neighborhood and wait for the pool to open up and swim a couple of laps. :D
 
so today the fires i guess spread and now are skies are worse then ever. I'm not even alowd to swim :[

I finally feel confident enough in myself that i bought a bikini. First one ever and i look ok in it. Hopefully i'll look killer in it in 3 weeks

Monday. I'm going to get some exercise in.
I could stand to lose a couple pounds, it would feel nice.
I do nothing all day, I could be at least bettering my image..
 
I've only been exersizing for 3 weeks and its made a big difference in my self image. I think i'm cute now. which to me is the best feeling ever. I've lost 2 inches in the 3 weeks and i think thats pretty good. I have 2 more to go and then i'm where i wanna be

I swam 35 laps and rode my bike today.
 
I'm still going!
I swam for about 20 minutes today.
I also bought a "Walk Away the Pounds" dvd today. We'll see how well that helps.
I really want to go running, but it's way too hot! I also want to get into a little better shape before I run a lot so I don't kill myself :rotfl:
But I'm really beginning to take this seriously. I'm ready for a change.
 
Oh me I have been slacking for the past few days. I leave for Disney on Sunday so hopefully I will become a little more active in the next few days so that I will be able to last at Disney.
 
I'm still doing pretty good.
I haven't been counting calories but I know I'm eating fine.
I did my yoga workout video today and this meditation thing.
It was great.

Tomorrow I think I'm going shopping so I might pick up some other things.
The exercising hasn't been going the best but, I'm working on it.
 
yesterday i didn't exersise(opps)
i was in maine for a week and everyday we went shopping so i was walking around for about 5 hours a day.
when i was in boston i walked for 7 hours that day and for luch i had a salad that had chicked in it.
but today i might be walking around.
 
today i'm kindaaa slacking. I figured one break day from swiming laps is ok so i just goofed off in the pool.
