I was gonna go swimming today, but it started raining
I did do some exercises with some weights and boy do I feel the burn!
I also tried my Walk Away the Pounds dvd last night and I love it! I only did the mile walk, but time passed very quickly and I could feel that it was working (I had my doubts if it would work or not). I'm gonna do the 1 mile walk again here in a few minutes.

And the truth is that I don't want to be. During the last semester of my sophomore year I took an Individual Sports class that had me running up to two miles every other day, and I HAD to stick with it for my grade. Now that it is summer I have really just been lax about exercising. I think that the only way I stick with something is if I HAVE to or else I quit. I want to loose 20 pounds by our trip in Sept. I have a treadmill but I can never find the right time to do it. I am wanting to start running with my dog starting Monday for and hour I and I got to the pool for two hours three times a week. I have a problem with hunger control and portion control, I just like food I guess. Just wanted to join for the support, I will start reporting on my food and work out on Monday. Thanks,
