On a search for a healthier me.

I haven't had time for exersize in awhile...but i'm still losing weight? :confused3
 
you might be loosing muscle. Thats what is happenign to me at the moment :(


my muscle is all there...my belly is actualy dissapering. I don't know whats up with that...except maybe becasue i haven't had time to eat normal meals. Which could be that and all the walking I do at school.

I haven't been able to do my regular exercise for two day because of all my schoolwork. I've been sitting on my butt and it's really annoying me.



I'm pretty sure flaxseed is very good for as is most any kind of seed.

I need to stop eating all this crap food. Work/School/Exams are making me unhealthy again. I have no time to actually eat anything, so basically all I get our snacks all the time. I mean they are not horrible snacks, but I need nutrients. My body feels discusting at the moment.
/end rant. lmao.

Anyways goal to be reached by March: Lose 3-5 lbs, putting me at 125lbs. Be tighter/more toned all over. Be able to run two miles 5 times a week. Get my 6 pack back. :) Plus eat healthy, ect. I think i can do this.

So this morning i went on facebook and got an app request so i added it and turns out one of my friends thinks i'm overweight. That ticks me off so bad. I'm technically only 1 point above normal BMI so yeah i am overweight by that means but really I don't look fat at all...I'm an 8 for crying out loud. How do i look overweight. My bones are sticking out on my hips and rips I have hardly any fat...I'm just sooooo upset now and i don't even want to eat until that 4lbs is gone...

Don't starve yourself! Look at this as motivation to lose weight or tone up healthy. That wasn't nice at your friend at all though. PM me anytime if you ever want to talk, I'm in the same boat as you are right now. :hug:

I would never starve myself. And i'd love to tone up and stuff but right now i really don't have time. With work and junior year i barely have any free time to myself.

I'm glad your not thinking of extremes, I had a friend once who started to throw her food up but as far as I know she isn't anymore.

I'm SO excited this is the last week of school. We aren't going anywhere for the holidays which means I have 2 weeks of yoga, and getting all my minutes in for the WISH challenge.
Also means since I won't be working (I eat A LOT when I'm doing homework and stressed) I'll be more focused on healthy eating.

sadly the 2 weeks off just means 14 days of working 8 hours for me.

Hey, I just came to ask you all what some of your favorite healthy foods were.
I love love love broccoli, cauliflower, apples, lettuce, eggs, all sorts of nuts and baked potatoes without anything on them.
I also like lettuce, carrots, oranges, brown rice (especially broccoli and cheese rice), and grilled chicken.

This is making me hungry...
 
I looove apples, blackberries, watermelon, mango, peaches, lychee, durian, fig, sapodilla, papaya and bananas.
But that's just fruit, there's so much more healthy foods I love.
Like Optimum cereal.
 
Glad to see this thread is still alive. I haven't posted on it since this summer.

I've been super busy, so there isn't much time for exercise. I wanted to exercise this afternoon, but I just donated blood a couple of hours ago and they said I shouldn't exercise for a few hours. Oh well.

I'm definitely glad it's almost Christmas. I still have a lot of weight to lose and I'll definitely be exercising a lot over the next couple of weeks.

Oh, and I was told that we'd be going to WDW & taking a cruise for spring break, so I need to get fit for that!
 
I'm not a big healthy eater.
I love corn, beans, peas, baked potatos, rice, eggs, cheerios.
Ha, that's about it.

I'm starting to get more serious about a healthier lifestyle and exercising to lose weight.
I'm trying to cut out soda from my diet. I'm going to try to end it entirely by Friday. I'm keeping a water and orange juice diet. No more soda.

I've been walking around my block this past week, and I'm increasing the number of times I go around. Yesterday I walked around 7 times, and ran 2 times. I'm going to work out with my best friend over winter break. :)

Oh, my favorite is definately strawberries, they're so good. Watermelon is alright, but I haven't heard of lychee, durian, or sapodilla.

I like the dried raspberries and blueberries in my cereal, but I haven't tried them seperate. I love cheerios. Raisins...are kinda gross.

My disney pictures are what keeps me working. I want to look awesome standing in front of the castle when I go, but I think I'll have a hard time with eating healty.

I'm trying to get rid of the fat on my stomach and under arms. What's the best exercise for under arms?
I do jacknives for my stomach but hopefully I can get some pilates videos and work on that.

Lychees are amazing.
And raisins make me sick, even just looking at them.

I like most fruits and veggies and grilled chicken breast.
I like skim milk too.
Another healthy food is nonfat greek yogurt. I has a lot more protein than regular yogurt. If you get it though mix fruit, oats, or something with it. Otherwise the yogurt taste like sour cream lol.
 
I had a banana and strawberry smoothie once, but I should've put in more strawberries because the banana taste was still too strong.
I love yogurt.
I like putting nuts on my sandwhiches too, it makes it more crunchy and tasty.

Underarms like as if you shake your arm, your arm jiggles?
I'm currently trying to get rid of that.
If you have weights, lift them.
But don't just lift them up and down, push them out and down.
Push ups will help too :)
