::wiping away a litle tear:: along with a great big smile, though. Glo, I do know what you mean. You can't explain what we did to anyone. They just wouldn't get it. The magic, the music, the friends all made for a very special combination.
And, I'm glad someone is doing a countdown-it will help. Especially for the picnic at my house. This way I'll know how much time I have to clean my house!

Barb, everytime I tell someone about it I get the turned up eyes, or the look of horror. I can not wait til your house this summer...It will be a great time and quite a road trip...lol.

I am so looking forward to it.....When I did the CC meet last year I was frantic, cleaning and getting things together...If I do ot again you better be here Barb!!!...lol

About DIS meets.......I've only had one at my house, but I admit.......I was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off trying to clean up and make everything look like I lived in a 'museum' .....just to have everyone hang out outside for the most part. When will I learn that my FRIENDS won't care if my baseboards aren't dusted??? only mothers and mothers in-law look for that kind of stuff!

It used to drive me crazy (OK, crazier) when I knew my Mom and Dad would come over for dinner, and I'd spend 2 days cleaning the house. So guess what the first words out of my mom's mouth would be when they came over?

"Honey, would you like me to help you dust?"
