OMG!!! I'm Glad I Called....

1) I am also confused.
2) Are the others small children or grown children?
3) The posts lead to different interpretation.
4) If grown, one would think an 8:00-9:00 ADR wouldn't be a killer.
5) Therefore, changes shouldn't be a big issue.
6) So, what do you want from Disney?

Maybe Grandchildren are going also? It's a possibility.

I just had the same thing happen. I think I had a mini heart attack! She finally found them after a few searches a few different ways.

I was able to pull up all my ADRs online, but one. After talking this morning to a cm, she finally found it. I had 2 numbers wrong. So when I got the numbers correct, I tried to retrieve that ressie. It still won't come up, with either phone number. I called Disney again and she said that you can go to guest services when you get to your resort and they will print out all your ressies for you. So I have the number and I'm not going to worry about it as long as it works for them too. Have a good trip everyone and enjoy all the good food! :rolleyes1

I tried looking mine up and found several problems. When I went back to my resort reservation to see what they had for my phone number, they not only had a very old number that I have been trying to have them change no less than 20 times, but they also had numbers transposed. Finally found everything.

I don't know, maybe for them to do something to rectify their mistake?
Just because they're Disney doesn't mean we should turn a blind eye to massive mistakes in customer service - heck it actually means they really need to step up to the plate... seeing as how it's their legendary (quickly by all reports going down the sink hole) customer service that justifies the outrageous prices.

At the least I would like to see some form of equal accountability - I mean they charge us when we mess up and have to cancel at the last moment, seems to me the least they can do is hold themselves to the same high standards.

They mess up - it's too late for her to resolve it to her satisfaction, they find a way to make it up... why is that so hard to accept?

He didn't say that we should turn a blind eye. We both asked a very similar and relative question: what exacly do you want in return?

Realistically, the original poster wasn't exactly honest when we started complaining about the times for his "children" (he left out that they were grown children...not grandchildren), so I believe that any intentions from a dishonest person are ultimately questionable. Therefore, I too questioned his demands for compensation.

This happened to my family too! We are a family of 17 and let me tell you ressies are hard to come by (july9-13) and I called to confirm and make one more ressie...anf I found out ALL were gone! I was able to re-book a few with a simpathetic cm but Ohanas was long gone and we are staying AT the Poly...what happend to the res system? I know they upgraded systems and they have been having alot of problems. My girlfriends family just came back and never confirmed ressies and showed up at her time and ended up waiting over an hour as they were doubled booked the entire night.....I don't know! :confused3

well I am sorry that you lost you ADR's no matter who & what the total story is, I always confirm after making EACH ADR & then @ the end of that phone call & sometimes I call back about once a week because we change our mind on a time or something like that, but I will be doing it much more since they but the online ADR's in effect.

I had my TA book my ADR's and she sent me an official confirmation from Disney that I was able to print out - it had all the places, times and confirmation numbers - they even had pics of the places I was eating at! I will just bring this with me everywhere - that way they can't say it was anything but their own glitch.:thumbsup2
