Oldest lodging in DL area?

Does anyone know what is the oldest hotel / motel in the immediate DL area? I like to search out funky old motels that still have that 'classic' 30s-60s look.
(Staying at the Alpine Inn (circa 1960) in June.)

Interested in motels/hotels built to actually take advantage of Disneyland as opposed to a pre-existing lodging.

Good question- The ones that come to mind that "might" fit are the Little Boy Blue and the one whose came I can't remember next door to the Super8 on Katella (who I would bet is older also- lots of popcorn stucco)
I know they tore down a few oldies when they built the parking structure in 00
