Old Park Tickets?

We have some old park tickets from before the magic your way tickets started. The old tickets were supposed to never have an expiration on the extra days. I know you have to choose that option now if you want that. But does anyone know if those tickets will still be valid?

They are still valid but how you must use them depends on just how old they are. If they are tickets from 1996 through 2004, then they can be used as is. Just insert into the gate turnstile at the park. If they are from the pre-1996 period, they must be exchanged at any Guest Relations window for a current ticket with the magnetic strip. You will get the exact same number of admissions on the new ticket as you had left on the old one. There is no charge for this transaction.

And if you have any old child tix (for 9 and younger) and the child is now older than that, the tix can be exchanged for adult tix for free.

We took my niece when she was 9, and again when she was 11. No problem exchanging it.

Thanks so much!!! Does anyone know how to find out how many days I have left on the tickets? I really don't remember. They are from 1997 so they have the strip on the back.

The only way to find out how many days are remaining on your tickets is to take them to a Guest Relations location at WDW. Yes, this is the only way.

Do not forget that those tickets came in two versions. Hoppers with plus options and without plus options. If you had ones with plus options those will still be good. They will get you into the water parks and plesaure island's night clubs but not disney quest.
