For years I couldn't place this 1994 photo in my collection but I did some research and found this picture from the Back Lot Tour was actually a replica of the Bulldog cafe built for the 1991 film "The Rocketeer".

Pretty sure it's the fountain in France. The green building behind is the current Chefs De France.
