Oh, you better be careful!! The tag fairy might see that, or you might get warned about some inappropriate stuff, like someone else we know

I don't even have to say anything.
Me either. But we all thought it.

I am so glad you are still coming! It is not a Diva trip without you. You are our leader!:flower3:
It still would have been a Diva trip, but thanks.

It's sort of like Priceline, but you don't bid. You do get to say what size car you want, and it gives you their "Hotwire Exclusive Price" and you decide if you want to take it or wait. You don't find out which car rental place it is until you pay, but that's not a big deal. If you make an account, it will email you when/if the price goes lower before you book it. But once you book it, you can't cancel or change it.
Cool. I'll check that out.

Are you going to WDW?...cause we're all going to DLR! :rotfl:
:rotfl: I wish DCA would take a cue from MNSSHP though and make a decent parade instead of the calvacade or whatever it's called. I love the MNSSHP parade.

There is no parade? What?

What's a calvacade?
Nope, no real parade. They just have what they call a cavalcade. It's basically a big float with several characters on it. They have their costumes on, and it's cute, but that's it. Then they have CMs dressed in Halloween gear dancing in the street around the float. Here is a pic: http://allears.net/dlr/tp/dht07/mht07_cav3.jpg

Nothing like the MNSSHP parade at all. Which is a shame imo. Oh, and no Halloween fireworks like at MNSSHP either. I don't know why they don't do more at DCA. :confused3

For the Happiest Haunts Tour - which day is best for everyone going?? Thursday or Sunday. They have two tours per day, at 6:00 and 6:30 p.m. I believe, so it will be at night.

Thursday for us, I think we are leaving early Sunday morning.

I was kind of going there as well, because it looks like most people are leaving on Sunday. I'm good with Thursday - anyone else who planned on going on the tour okay with that???

I think I'm driving down early Friday morning. I'll just have to wait and see what the school schedule is like, but I won't know probably until at least mid-summer. I'll let you know as soon as I do!

Hey, we can't let this fall to the second page!!! Where is everybody??

I am here...I am also chacha-ing.

Gotta make the moolah so I can go on this trip.:surfweb::thumbsup2

I'm easy on the tour. So far, I don't think we have a room on Thursday but that shouldn't be too hard to get later on.

Thanks for saving us from the dreaded 2nd page Stacie!!!

I think I'll put the tour on Thursday night then. I'm hoping that will be good with Dawn. It sounds like Sunday's not a good day for some of you all.

I started thinking today about costumes for the boys. I feel like I should do something disney, but I guess I don't have to. What to do...

Thursday sounds great for the tour then :thumbsup2

I must find a way to make it Thursday night then because I'm dying to dress up for something! I'll make it happen.

Bridgette, the party is on Friday night. That's when DLR will let you into the park in costume. The tour is something different. Here is a link to a report about the tour, now I warn you, don't read past the spoilers section if you are going on the tour. You don't want to ruin the fun! http://land.allears.net/blogs/lauragilbreath/2007/10/ready_disneys_happiest_haunts.html
