OL better on a Fantasmic day or not?

I can't decide if it is better to see the OL on a day when there is fantastic scheduled so the crowds disperse btwn the 2 places, or if it would be less crowded on a non-fantasmic night b/c crowds may be waiting for a fantastic night to do DHS. Thoughts?

My estimate:

On a night with ONE F! performance:
you should visit OLights while the F! show is running.

On a night when there are TWO F! performances:
the OLights will be busy even during the F! shows.

On a night with NO F! performance:
the OLights will be busy, if the rest of the park has been busy that day.

It is not running on one of my 2 planned DHS days...in November...which is why I was asking.
