No room service. Yes help with luggage. Theme parks are not within walking distance, but not a bad bus ride. Epcot is the closest, about a 5 minute ride. AK is the farthest, about 15 minutes.

There is no room service at OKW.

Bell Services will assist with luggage- either ask at the Bell desk or call Bell Services on your room phone.

Access to all WDW theme parks is available by bus. They are on an approximate 20 minute schedule- just as at all other WDW resorts. OKW also has boat transport to DD and SSR from 11:00am until 11:00pm. SSR and DD may also be accessed on foot using the walkway along the Trunbo Canal- about a 15 minute walk.

Yes, you can get help with luggage.

Once the bus leaves the resort it's about a 15 minute ride to MK. You can drive to the other parks in about 10 minutes - never used the bus for them so I don't know that answer.

It was a Chicago "stuffed" pizza with lots of cheese and fillings (they have pasta, soups and salads as well). It was no problem at all having it delivered.
