OKW Room ?

Hi,

I have just booked a two bed at OKW for 3 nights at the beginning of Sept. When we last stayed at SSR we had a room overlooking the car park and i am keen to get a better room this time. My real requirement is a room where the sun is on the balcony in the afternoon. Is anyone able to advise what room prefernece I should ask for to get this?

The times we have stayed there and in all of the rooms we had, the balconies/patios were covered and had a ceiling fan.

All OKW rooms face away from the parking lots and towards golf course, woods, or water. All balconys are covered porches with ceiling fans, table and 4 chairs. If you need a west exposure, you might just request that....2 bedroom with a balcony having west exposure.

I haven't seen this new map before.. I see the yellow bordered buildings are the grand villa locatiosn but I can't tell what the red bordered designation is... any idea?

Wait, it just came to me... Handicapped Accessible.

Not sure why they need to clutter up the map with grand villas and HA colors!

A friend of this board did that for the edification of the rest of us. It helps to know that a building is HA in case they give you that at check in...you can ask about it. It is also nice to know which buildings have GVs, if that is what you are booking. It also is good to know that in case you get a ground floor room in one of those buildings. That could mean a lot of noise from the hardwood floors in the GV above.
