We checked-in for 9 nights beginning June 3rd, at about 12:30 in the afternoon. The room was nice and clean when we arrived, but was missing a bedspread. Housekeepers were still around working on other units, so I mentioned it to them. She said, "Oops, THAT's the unit!" She had run out of clean spreads, and when fresh ones arrived from the laundry, she forgot which unit needed it. She apologized and brought a spread up right away. No big deal. She had shaped the washcloths into flowers and tuxedos - a first for us - the towels had always been on the racks - so that was special. About 2am the new electronic thermostat blew out, and started pumping heat into the room instead of cold air - you could smell it! I turned off the unit and went back to bed. I called Engineering in the morning and they had everything fixed and the room was cool by the time we returned from the parks that afternoon. No problems on housekeeping or towel days. And of course, the thermostat wasn't a MAJOR problem, it could have blown at anytime - you never know with electrical stuff.
Not much of a view from the balcony, the palm trees are about 2nd floor height now. Oh well, it adds to privacy.
We had one bad meal at Olivia's at Dinner time - the pasta was WAYYYYYY oversalted, other than that Olivia's breakfasts and lunches were fantastic.
