Doesn't say when it September it will be.

According to the Vacation Magic work will begin in September and it will be completed by the end of 2004

I recently called MS about this and they said it will be done by the end of the year and possibly before then. I was asking if it would be done before Dec 4-12 specifically (next trip) but they would not commit to those dates and simply replied again, 'it will be done by the end of the year'.

I justed emailed MS. I was told construction will start September, planned to be completed by at late late January.
