OKW Laundry Room in 1BR+

Okay, no laughing please...

We usually put our son in closet (I said no laughing ). It's a dark and out of the way location. The crib (not a pack n play) fits fine in the BR closet in a 1br at SSR. We are headed to OKW next month and were wondering if the crib will fit in the laundry room? He's not ready to move to a bed just yet.

Yes, it should. We have put a twin sized airbed in the laundry room, so I'm sure a crib would fit.

We put a CARS ready bed for my two year old last summer in the laundry room at OKW thanks to the advice from people on DIS. He loved it and we could still put him to bed a a decent hour and not have to move him later. Plus his baby brother was sleeping in the actual bedroom. We had to put the couch cushions on one side of the air mattress thought because the first morning we found him sleeping on the tile floor having rolled off the air bed.

Next time instead of using couch cushions, call over to housekeeping, they will bring you a bedrail. We do this for dd10 when she sleeps on air mattress in 1bdrm. Mattress goes against the wall (near the slider) and a bedrail on the other side. She sleeps like a baby and doesn't roll.

I think it' because we put our kids "IN" the closet.....

I can say 100% for certain that it does fit because I did this to my son (now 3) 2 years ago!! We thought it was funny that we had him sleeping in the laundry room in the pack-n-play but it was a perfect match: dark, quiet, and away from us!!! I would have put him in the bedroom but those bathrooms at OKW are set up so that you have to go into the bedroom to get to the bathroom.....which would have disturbed our little guy for certain.

The laundry room is perfect

We wanted to use the crib (delivered from housekeeping), not the pack and play. DS is too big for the PnP now.
