I hope someone can help me out. I have some family that is going down to OKW in May and they will not be renting a car while in Disney. If they are assigned a room in the turtle Pond area or one that is a distance from the hospitality house, what type of transportation will they have to get to their condo?? They will have two children, young, and luggage. Do you know how I can arrange with OKW for transporting them and their families to their home away from home?? Please help. thank you

If people arrive at OKW without a car, OKW bell services will take them to their room. They use golf cart type transportation. No problem.

If they want to get around the resort later, almost every bus will make a stop at Hospitality House. They should just double-check before boarding. On a trip back, it's often quicker to board the bus at Peninsular Road (toward the back of HH across the road from the pool) and then ride it back to South Point or Old Turtle Pond. I also haven't found the walk from Old Turtle Pond to be very difficult.

I don't know if it's a permanent change or not, but when we were at OKW earlier this month, bell services transported us and our luggage in a shiny new van :)

Several times we got off the bus at the HH or Peninsular Road and walked to our unit (South Point area). Most times we beat the bus to South Point

Last week when we were at OKW there was an internal shuttle bus along with all the other buses to the parks.

The Downtown Disney bus is usually an internal bus. It starts at the Hospitality House and ends at the Hospitality House.
